"squid proxy" need help in cache_peer

hello minds,
i have cacheA and cacheB
cacheA is working gr8 with out videos so i want to cache videos on another server
i configured cacheB and test it directly so it is working fine in caching videos "videocache"
now i want to serve request from cacheA and if i serve any videos cacheA take it to cacheB
i put
cache_peer 172.16.66.100 parent 3128 0 no-digest no-query proxy-only name=video-server
in cacheA and acl's lines but the problem that when i serve any video it didnt take me to cacheB
so what should be the problem ?
