squid 2.7 socket failure (sometimes)

I'm having a problem at the moment (sometimes), tail -f cache.log

i searched but could not find answers in this topic. exactly what is wrong?

server features: 512mb ram, 10gb disk,

hello, not solved.

now browser error:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
