spamassassin on different server

I want to create a sepperate server where all the mails from 20 domains will be checked, and after the spam is filtered i want that the messages which are no spam will be delivered to the mailserver of the domain.

Situation i need:

-> Server 1: Spamassassin
|
+-> Server 2 & Server 3 mailservers for each 10 domains

So mail comes in by server 1 and mail will be delivered on server 2 or server 3 where the domain-mail must be for the users

I need this to reduce serverload, so if someone can say how to do this.

If possible i like qmail unless someone say it is not good for some reason.
so qmail is running at this time on server 2 & 3

but server 1 has to be the one which take care of the spam before it comes to server 2 or 3
