SME Server Domain Accounts

I am running a SME Server here. I have connected our Windows XP machines to the domain without a hitch, but when I login on the domain, the profiles aren't updated. The files stay on the workstation, but aren't uploaded to the server. If I put them into the mapped drive, they are uploaded, but if I stick them on the desktop or "My Documents," they stay on the workstation.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
