Site to Site openVPN Server

Dear Experts,

I have two openvpn servers lacated at two different location. Both servers are working fine. Their clients are able to connect the OpenVPN server remotely.

Now i want to connect the these two Openvpn servers, so that the clients can communicate with each others as treating it on the same LAN. I was not able to find out any source of guide to do it.

Kindly tell me the way to complete it, with steps to follow. Here is my current scenario.

Server A: 116.193.XXX.XXX
LAN Behind VPN: 192.168.20.0
Tunnel : 10.10.8.0

Server B: 116.193.XXX.XXX
LAN Behind VPN: 192.168.0.0
Tunnel: 10.10.8.0

With Thanks in advance.
