Hi!
I'm using gentoo and for the last months I have been trying to setup a mail server on my box. The result should be simple: I can send and recieve mail from/to me@mydomain.com and maybe later on, using IMAP make a page where I could see my mail, actually no need for virtual mail etc.
Until now all I could get to work is sending mail, but never recieved mail from outside the network (like me@gmail.com).
The domain name goes through my DNS server.
The servers I'm currently using:
Mail - Postfix
DNS - BIND
IMAP - Courier-IMAP
It all would be a lot simplier if I had any kind of log in the log file about receiving mail, but... simply no single line even adds when mail is supposed to be recieved and even sometimes I can't send mail anyway...
