setup an smtp server to send email everywhere

Hello
I want to configure postfix to send email everywhere in the world. I have a lamp installation. and I need to use mail() fonction of php to authenticate email addresses.
I have a dynamic IP address, I have a dynamic dns service.
in my case the address is something.no-ip.org.
i want to send email as webmaster@something.no-ip.org and create a forum with phpbb, a mailing list.
in short I want to have my own server and hosting, I have enough gb available for the bandwidth it could produce and later on i might upgrade to a static IP.
I really don't know how to do with the email.
i have read configuration of postfix but i really don't understand how to do.
thank you very much.

The internet hostname of this mail system. The default is to use the fully-qualified

figuration parameters.

Example:

myhostname = host.domain.tld
?

My message is too short.
