sendmail virtusertable

(been using linux for 3 months getting on ok but still only a beginner)i'm using Debian with sendmail on which is working fine hosting 3 e-mail domains. these are setup as catchall accounts, so my virtusertable looks like this:

@foo.com foo
@foo1.com foo1
@foo2.com foo2

i can't work out how to add indvidual pop accounts i believe '%1@foo.com' or something like that has to be used, i'm using Qpopper

sendmail only provide the smtp or mta to mta or host to host mail dilevery. for pop use fetchmail, courier, dovecot. there you can define individual addresses and polls as well which use first and for hw long. MAN pages are helpful.
