Post Sendmail problem

I had installaed redhat linux 5.1 server edition.Then configured DNS like www.mailnproxy.com.Then the domain name changes to mail.dinaisystems.com.
I tried to send mail for user like guru@mail.dinaisystems.com mail didn't send & receive any mails otherwise i can send& receive mails just guru only.What will do for this?

I mostly, have the same problem..
