Sendmail problem

Dear all,

I have 2 Fedora 4 boxes. One is acting as a public web server (192.168.100.190) and another one is an interal mail server (192.168.100.191). 191 is working fine as an email server. It can send out emails and receive emails. 190 is a web server and some of the websites hosted on that will send out emails. 190 can send out emails to external mailboxes. But it's strange that when sending out emails with the domain on 191, nothing was received in the mailboxes inside 191. All the emails are received locally in 190. How can I configure 190 to send out these emails and be received as usual in 191?

Please advise.

Thanks.

If sendmail can see the domain it wants to send to in this file: "/etc/mail/local-host-names", it will keep it on the local machine. You'll want to comment out the domain that you want sent to the other box inside of there.

Give it a shot?

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your reply. I have checked that file but there is nothing inside, any ideas?

Thanks.
