It's hard to tell from this information only. Can you produce a more detailed output?
Eg: Try this sendmail -v -qI to find more info

Hi, I'm sorry I couldn't be much assistance due to being busy. So I can't have much time now.
Anyway, please check your DNS settings. Both from your end and receiving end. Especially look for MX records.

Problem caused by having trouble writing to output device
Check your /etc/aliases file for any maps that cause email to processed by a script or routed to a file. If the "putbody" function cannot write to the device or write to it fast enough it will output this error.
