Question send mail to all users accounts

hi,
i have red hat linux server with sendmail configured on to it, the server fetchs mails from our email provider and distributes to users on the local network, in a sense all the mails forwarded/downloaded using the server. all the users email id are stored in .fetchmailrc file on the server.

now i want send mail to all the users connected to the server ( there are around 40 users ) but it would be a tedious process of typing all the 40 email ids.

i wanted to know how can i send mail the all the users for eg. like all@xyzcompany.com so it reaches all the users email which are stored in the .fetchmailrc file.

i know we can use cronjob and some scripts to foward the mails but i dont have clear idea can any one clarify me or give clear cut method how can i achieve this.

thanks in advance
nesargha

What you want is a list address: check out "man aliases" under "include", grep the names from the rc file to your include file, add name and reference include file in /etc/(mail/)aliases and run newaliases (or restart Sendmail).

hi
i worked it out as you said unSpawn, its working for the local network users, i am able to send mails to all of computer on the network and also can include external email ids in the aliases list. this part is fine

but for eg. if want to send it from yahoo or gmail how can i implement the same
i.e. all@xyxcompany.com, how can catch this mail and distribute to all the local users.
