Hi Team,

Im getting the below error on centos 6.3 server .I tried to copy the files from my local machine to server leads to corrupted to Zero Size .These is the error message i get from my logs

segfault at 0 ip 00007f7bd48ac7ac sp 00007fff53fa8610 error 4 in libperl.so.5.10.1[7f7bd47ef000+162000]

You need to provide more details.

You mention copying files from local to remote; How did you try to copy the files? Which command(s)? Are both machines running Linux?

I see that the error thrown mentions libperl.so. Are you using some perl based solution to copy the file(s)?

I transfer the files from Local pc ( windows ) -Linux ( Centos 6.3) through winscp .When the files reach the destination (Centos) it getting corrupted to Zero byte .

Do you get the segfault during the file copy or when trying to run the file? Are you copying an executable file from Windows to Linux? What type of file is it and where did it come from originally? If it's a binary file it may have gotten corrupted in the copy or it may simply be incompatible with your system.
