What kind of version and checksum information are you looking for? What hardware interfaces?

Server Information - What kind of server information???
Host Information - What kind of host information?
Hardware Interface Information - What kind of hardware interface? lspci and lsusb can give you some
Network Interface Information - Check the man page of ifconfig
User ID Information - Cat the /etc/passwd file, and remove any system entries like nobody, apache, etc.
Hosts Information(/etc/hosts) - Cat the file out
Netmask Information(/etc/netmasks) - Cat the file out
DefaultRouter Information(/etc/defaultrouter) - Cat the file out
Ports Services Information(/etc/services) - Cat the file out
fstab Information(/etc/fstab) - Cat the file out
Version Information - Cat the /etc/*release file out. Name depends on what distro of Linux you have.
Filesystem Allocation Information - Check man page on df, df -kP might be what you need.
Diskgroup / Volume Allocation Information
External Physical Disk Allocation - Check man page on mount command, or run df command against USB drives separately.
Kernel Parameters - Check /etc/sysconfig
Checksum Information - Checksum information on what???

The commands will give you the information. You'll have to write the web page yourself.
