Samba ACl

I want to setup a share in way that authenticated users can create new files/dir in it and also can modify/delete them but do not modify/delete other's created ones, plus a admin user/group should be able to do anything on all files. I have tried various but no avail yet.

here is my last effort.

Code:
security = share
#tried user too

[Test]
path = /home/test/
comment = "test share"
valid users = user1, user2, user3
public = no
writeable = yes
#admin users = user1
create mode = 1664
directory mode = 1774
#tried without sticky bit too
#create mode = 664
#directory mode = 774

#admin group
force group = smbadmin

If the server is a Linux server why can't you set the sticky bit of the directory that you share through Samba?

azfar, what is the problem? Couldn't the users be able to create the directories or could all of them be able to delete dirs/files created by others or something else?

Cheers

^problem is solved now. Have to set sticky bit, create mask and security to user. I think whenever I was trying any configuration it was missing one more required option.
