Running Linux 64 bit applications on linux 32 bit OS

Hi,

I have 32 bit linux OS on which i was running my applications related to my project development. Now these applications has been generated on 64 bit OS and for the time being, i donot wnat to upgrade my hardware to 64 bit.

Please suggest the possible ways in which I can run my 64 bit applications on 32 bit linux OS and hardware.

As far as i know you can't, the 64bit'ness of the operating system goes right down to the hardware level. Its the way it uses 64bit addressing when accessing memory space and shunting 64bits of data around the CPU. It's not backwards compatible.

Unless there's some virtualization software out there that does processor emulation in software but i wouldn't hold your hopes up.
