Uh - when were you trying to say this? And who exactly doesn't seem to be understanding you? It looks like this is your very first post on this forum.
ANYWAY:
Q: Have you tried logging directly on to the console? Many systems have security restrictions against "root" logging on anywhere besides the console.
Q: Have you tried logging in as a normal user (e.g. the username you were prompted for when you installed the system)? Some systems will only permit logons to non-root users (and you can "sudo" for privileged commands as needed once you're logged in).
Q: Failing all else, have you tried booting from your rescue disk to see if /etc/passwd (or something like it) might be damaged or corrupt?
