root acount lock out in 1st fail attempt.


I am facing another problem while configuring the system-auth file for setting user account locking after 3 fail attempts. But this configuration is not working means root are not able to login still after 1 fail logins, Massage as: your account is locked out maximum amount of failed login is reached
