RHEL AS 4.7: wiki suggestions?

I'm writing to solicit wiki suggestions from those of you who are running RHEL 4.x.

Interestingly, I can't seem to locate a single wiki application in the RHN repositories. I've always used Dokuwiki with other OSes, and would even settle for Mediawiki, but neither appears to be available from the repos.

A couple points:

I'd prefer to not add CentOS repos to this production server.
I'd prefer to not get into the build-from-source game on this server.

If push comes to shove, I will probably opt for the latter (building from source), but that's going to be an administrative headache over the long haul. Any suggestions on wiki apps I may have overlooked that are in the repositories? Any other creative approaches to this precise dilemma?

I appreciate the suggestion. That appears to be for RHEL 5 (yum repos), though. My RHEL 4.7 subscription doesn't seem to have MindTouch Deko available.
