Regarding few things I am facing problem :

1. When we are sending any mail to other user . Like user1@company.com to friend@gmail.com .....I want to record one copy of that outgoing mail generated from user1@company.com . I m not talking about maillog file . It would cc to another mail id at the time of sending .

2. Is it possible to forward mail through global static ip address , suppose I don't have internal domain .

3. How to migrate stored mail from exchange server to sendmail .

Please help me .

Is this so you can "strip off" a copy of all "?????@company.com mail to your OWN `???(at)gmail.com` address ???

or dose the boss want you to do it
if the boss FIRST ask the company lawyer what liability YOU will have on YOUR head, if someone SUES YOU .

First we are trying it on fedora version .
Its company requirement , every outgoing mail would track , whether any employee sending any mail to any other person whether inside or other side . Not only log , but also those mail will CC to another mail id in backend .
At the same time company wants to migrate mail server from exchange server to sendmail server and some mails are already been stored on the exchange server , so these mails are also need to be transferred from exchange to sendmail server .
And my another query - is it possible to forward mail through global static ip address , suppose I don't have internal domain .
