Restore LVM data in fresh CentOS Xen

Centos + Xen Server crashed. Used Linux rescue to backup the data. Took backup of all the LVM's. Each has a VM running in it.

Now, installed a fresh CentOS + Xen. Finding it hard to restore the data. Need your suggestions please.
