Remounting root filesystem in read-write error/warning during the boot

CentOS release 6.8 (Final)
While I boot system I get following error (see also screenshot in the link):
Code:
Mounting local filesystem: mount /dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol00 already mounted or /boot busy
mount: according to mtab, /dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol00 is mounted on /

Im not quite sure what is wrong here. Eventually system boots up and works normally.
Does anyone experienced anything similar?

Additionally:
Lately I did have to restore/rebuilt GRUB on this system.

This is my /etc/fstab entry:
Code:
/dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol00                 /                                       ext3    defaults                        1 1
UUID=009870ce-48fd-4952-821a-4caae1b60582       /boot                                   ext4    defaults                        1 2
/dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol01                 swap                                    swap    defaults                        0 0
tmpfs                                           /dev/shm                                tmpfs   defaults                        0 0
