Question Remote X Display problems on Suse 10.2

I am trying to access my Suse 10.2 host from a remote X Server (Cygwin) I have set the DISPLAYMANAGER_REMOTE Access, and the DISPLAYMANAGER_XSERVER_TCP_PORT_6000_OPEN Variables to yes. However when the Xserver starts these settings are ignored and the Xserver starts with the "-nolisten tcp" option anyway. This works on the Suse Enterprise Versions but for some reason it is not working on suse 10.2 Any Ideas???
