remote shutdown via SNMP trap

I am running SUSE 10 enterprise server and want to have my server shutdown when it receives an SNMP trap. I have a device that is monitoring the temperature of a room where the server is install. If the room reaches a certain temperature the device will send a SNMP trap to the server. I want the server to receive the trap and gracefully shutdown the server. Is this possible? I've seen some discussion on the NET, but nothing that actually goes into setting this up.

Taken from http://linux.die.net/man/8/snmptrapd
use the -L option to send stuff to syslog-ng an make a rule in syslog-ng.conf to execute a script.
