In addition to what's said already, if you mean it is your connection that keeps breaking up then consider using screen on the remote end to keep your login session alive and using autossh to reconnect your SSH session automagically. If you OTOH mean the SSH daemon keeps dying then that's something to investigate as it really shouldn't: have a look at the /var/log/ files for clues (or use Logwatch if you'd like an anomaly report).
