relaydelay blocking fake domain

I use relay delay to block/trap spam. For the last few days I am getting spams from a fake domain. I need to quarantine any messages coming from that domain. AFAIK, relaydelay can only white or black list IPs/subnets and cannot take any rules to block fake domains.

Is there any way I can achieve this? I don't have much experience with relaydelay. Thanks for any help.
