hi everyone
i have a problem right now with the sun blade 2500 installed in our lab in my university...
i ran a code on the system, the code was written in matlab, after which no one disturbed the system, but after 2 hours when i go to the system to see my results i find a screen saver that tells that the display is locked, and the user guest prompt is seen,so i type in the password, but surprisingly that does'nt work,it seems strange.

Doesn't seem strange at all...either you entered the wrong password, or someone changed it to something you don't know, or your caps lock is on.
Find someone with the right password and get in. Or connect to it over the network and kill -9 the screen saver. This would be a better question for the Solaris forum, too....
