regarding kickstart file

i use the centos distro.
on my box system-config-kickstart is not recognised , please tell me why

iam in a networked environment , please tell me if such commands can be turned off by the administrator , and if so how?

Probably isn't in your path or possibly not installed. Try searching for it with any of the following commands:
