RED5 Streaming Server Uninstall/re-install Step by Step Instruction

Hi I'm currently a newbie to the Linux and I'm having issues with my Red5 install and can't seem to get to work properly. Does anyone have a step by step instructions on how to fully remove red5 and all of its dependencies so I can start from scratch?? I'm also running Centos 5.7 on a dedicated server. I would greatly appreciate any help at this point...

as far as I know there's no red5 rpm and it needs to be installed from sources so to remove it you just need to delete the directory where it was installed and the ant directory it is using as well. Check the /opt directory, that's where most of the guides on the internet tell you to install red5
