Unhappy red5 running on localhost/local pc

anyone who is good in red5 for linux?...i need help, if its ok, please reply here, i am going to create a chat function, but i don't know where to start, because they said i need to install the red5

anyone who know how to use red5 on localhost or local PC?

I am looking forward for your reply. Thanks

Assuming you mean RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) v5.x, you should be looking at the latest: v5.4.
