RAID 5 having problem in automount in red hat5

Hi all,
I m using red hat 5 and i just creates raid 5 and also mention its entry in fstab but every time when i reboot machine i have to manually mount the /dev/md0 and also re assemble the devices..
please help me with this..

cat /proc/mdstat? outout of syslog? fdisk -l?


automount, raid5
