PXEboot failure

Hello:
Installing a CentOS client via kickstart server. Pxeboot starts up, but hangs after "Waiting for hardware to initialize..."
Please review attachment pxeboot.docx for the screen shot after "Waiting for hardware to initialize".

I thought the graphic controller maybe the culprit. Added text on boot and client_ks.cfg, still fails.

File /tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/default has the following:
LABEL CentOS i386 Installation Menu
MENU LABEL CentOS i386 Installation Menu
KERNEL CentOSi386/vmlinuz
append initrd=CentOSi386/initrd.img ks=nfs:198.8.2.1:/tftpboot/ks_cfg/client_ks.cfg text

Both server and client are ProLiant DL380 G3
Thanks
