You may want to look at something like RedHat's
Spacewalk. Though RedHat is positioning it as a functional workalike to Microsoft's SMS/SCM but for Redhat and Redhat-based platforms, Spacewalk includes integrated Kickstart support for RHEL and Fedora.
If you want to understand the nuts and bolts of what it actually takes to run a PXE boot/Kickstart server,
this presentation covers it pretty well.
Once you have an understanding of how to setup the basic PXE boot environment using TFTP and DHCP and a network booting tool like pxelinux then you just need to generate your own Kickstart files. RHEL documentation has a complete Kickstart reference.
