proxy server that accepts PARENT PROXY as a SOCKS PROXY
 
I want to know what software I can use to make a proxy server that has its parent proxy as a SOCKS SERVER.

Basically, I access my internet using SOCKS PROXY. So, I cant use a proxy server that doesnt support parent proxy being a SOCKS PROXY
