Proxy server spec recommendation

Hi, What should be the ideal memory, cpu and disk requirement for a Redhat 6.5 VM (Hyper V) running a Proxy server with 600,000 requests per hour ?

What are you considering a request? I use throughput as a measurement for proxy requirements.

If you are referring to 'page requests', then what is the average size of the pages? Do you have that kind of information available?

It is a Squid proxy, we are not caching hence page size doesn't matter.
In this case only concurrency connection matters.

I have decided to use 4 CPUs and 4 GB Memory.
