ProFTPD- > "Starting proftpd: [FAILED]" FC6 Webmin

Hello all.
I recently had a problem with vsftpd, and someone recomended proftpd to me. So I opened the Webmin module for proftpd, and Webmin installed it. (yum -y install proftpd, I belive.) I edited the config file to allow login as root, and clicked "Start Server" at the bottom of the page. The command returns:

Starting proftpd: [FAILED]

I've tried to start it using: /etc/init.d/proftpd start
> /etc/init.d/proftpd start
Starting proftpd: [FAILED]

Anyone have any ideas?
