Problem with vsftpd upload speed.

Hi

I have read a lot of posts and couldn't find any help related to my problem so here it is:

I have setup vsftpd and everything is working fine except one thing : me and the other user I gave access to were capped to an upload speed around 70kbps even though we have higher possible upload rate. I have set local_max_rate=0 and restarted the server but it didn't fix it.

I'd appreciate if someone could give me some help.
Thanks.

You are going to have to give more details, esp. regarding the network nodes between the client and the server. Is this LAN->LAN, WAN->LAN, LAN-WAN? Describe all the nodes.

How are you measuring and obtaining the upload speed.
