Problem with sppeed of load my site, no start of load

Hello,

I have my server which I pay at The Planet ago 1 year (dual core xeon, 4GB ram, 2x250gb hd, 10mbs conn, load in server 1-2... RH, Ensim, PHP 4.3.x...) and on it I have only my sites. Server is professional tuned when I buy it, but last week something happen and one my site need 30-40 sec. to start to load - www.ljubavni-sastanak.com. Site isnt so busy with 250-300 online users (because server is good), but now something strange hapen (and only 70-100 users are online)!
Please, what can be problem?
Can you tell me how I to see some statistic about this etc...?
I am novice in linux.

Thank you, Mladen

I'd say contact The Planet. You might think you have a dedicated server but at times these are virtual servers.
