Problem with cups


Hi sir,
i am using Redhat 9 as server for printer using samba,few windows and few other linux system such as fedora core sharing the printer,since past 3 days, its not working,when i restart the cups in path /etc/init.d/cups restart it will print whatever file in que,why changes happen and how to over come it.. plz help me...i dunt want each time restart the cups when printing from network..

Have you changed anything on this computer lately?
Have you check the cups logs?
