Problem to copy from Windows XP to Ubuntu on NFS

Hi,

I have some probleme between my linux NFS server and my windows client.

The server is Ubuntu server with SAMBA and NFS share with full permission.

The client is Windows XP SP3 with Microsoft SFU 3.5 client.

I have access to both of the share, SMB and NFS.

I'm able to read/write/create/copy on the samba share without issue.

With the NFS share, I can create file/folder. I can read file or copy them from the NFS share to the windows local hardrive.

But I cannot copy from windows to the nfs share.

In the Event log from windows I got thoose error:
Code:
Source: NfsRdr
Windows was unable to save data for file \\10.1.1.2\media\raid5\file.avi. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.
Nothing on the server in /var/log/message.

With a tcpdump | grep nfs, I got nothing when trying to copy something to the share. all message seam normal when do other stuff (create dir, file, read something)

Does someone could point me to some test or solution?

Thanks !

This is just a suggestion, but it could be the space in between "\\10.1.1.2\media\raid5\" and "file1.avi"

Within Windows, are you able to right-click and create a normal text file within "\\10.1.1.2\media\raid5" ?

Sorry, theyre's no space. I have change the file name for the post and put a space by mistake.

It's a simple copy from windows so no space in the file name or cammand.

Yes. i'm able to create a new text file. rename it. open it and put some text in it and save. I can reopen it within windows and it's ok. save are changed. I'm unable to copy it in the same directory (\\10.1.1.2\media\raid5\test.txt to \\10.1.1.2\media\raid5\copy of test.txt)
