Problem on Debian + nginx + mysql woocommerce server

onjour a tous,
Hey everyone,

I have VPS server with a Debian 7, nginx, php5-fpm, and a wordpress + woocommerce website on it. Everything was working just fine until the day before yesterday. The site became really slow to answer any query, basically each time i try to add a product to the cart or interact with the database, it takes 20 - 30 seconds and even time out. I am the only user on the website right now but the problem is the same.

I already tried to disable every plugin, switch back to the basic theme of wordpress, but the problem remain the same.

It seems that my load average is really high, always > 1 eventhough I have only one processor (4 cores) but the basic command like top don t show anything usual: the processor is not overloaded, he is not in the "waiting state".

I didnt change anything when the problem occur so I really can t understand the problem, I just try to restore to a backup made before the problem, but still the problem is the same.

When I go to my ISPconfig panel, or monit page, the speed is normal, so it s seems to be related to my website only ...

I can provide you any kind of log, it s just I don t know where to start ... can anyone help me on this ?

Thank you very much in advance !

Hey I am answering to myself,

Actually I just realise the problem come from mysql where a single request take around 20 seconds to be perform !!! Thing is it s seems to be only on the table of my website, the one of ispconfig for example works fine. I don t know much about mysql ... any idea why a database is reacting like this ??? Thanks
