Again, SPELL OUT YOUR WORDS. It's "please", not "pls".

First, can anyone print to the printer? From Linux or from another workstation/user? If the printer is working under Linux, and another user can print to it via Samba, then the problem is with the group permissions for the user that doesn't work. If no one can print to it, check your Samba config file, and make sure security is set on the printer correctly, to allow people to print to it.

If you've made changes to Samba, you have to restart it, before they take effect, too.

Still very few details, and you mention nothing about Linux in this. If you have a Windows print server, and the users that are having problems are on Windows, then it's a Windows issue. This is Linuxquestions.

If Linux is involved in this somehow, again, provide the details as to how, and write a clear question, then we can try to help.

Yes, it could be. But again, you provide no details, and you still don't spell out your words.

If the permissions on the Windows printer are set to only allow certain members of the AD group to print, then you'll have to modify it, or get your Linux workstation to authenticate to AD.

Make up your mind. Either the user that's having a problem is on Linux or Windows. Been trying to get clear information since the start, but you're not providing it.

Answer the following questions, CLEARLY:
  1. Where is the printer connected? To a Linux or Windows workstation?
  2. Is the user that's having problems a Windows user or a Linux user?
  3. How are people authenticating?

Again, if you have the printer set up on Linux and it's being shared via Samba, you'll have to modify the permissions on the print queue, so the new user can print to it, or add the new user to the right group. Again, if you're authenticating via AD in Windows, you'll have to integrate Samba into the AD, or you'll have to get your Windows user to log in and authenticate to Samba separately.

Quick glance only--I have to go to work...

The print queue is the place where access is controlled. Have you talked to the admin for the system that has the printer queue on it?
