PPPoE server, FreeRADIUS, PPPoE plus

Hello all! I'm trying to get the pppoe clients authenticate via FreeRADIUS server. Also i need to get processing of tags which sends by switch within PADI and PADR packets (PPPoE Plus). I'm using freeradius 2.1.7, radiusclient 1.1.6 and rp-pppoe-3.10. For now authentication of pppoe clients via FreeRADIUS server works just fine.
I think the attributes Agent-Circuit-Id and Agent-Remote-Id of rfc4679 used for this. As Circuit-Id i'm configured to send a VLAN number (by default is 1) and Remote-Id is MAC-address of the pppoe client (i saw this in wireshark). But i can't understand where am i should place them. Can anybody tell me please in which configuration files i'll should place this attributes?

Can i write the rules for pppoe clients based on Circuit id and Remote id like dhcp option 82 as for dhcpd server?

Thanks in advance! Any help would be very appreciated!

...or have you any ideas which attributes of the RADIUS server need to use?
