Postfix Submission Error

Hi,

I have Linux box with Postfix installed. Apparently I cannot send mail from Mail client e.g thunderbird or Kmail.
From command prompt, all mail is sent without a problem
The error from the log is as follows:

Aug 21 11:52:15 peremende postfix[3086]: fatal: the postfix command is reserved for the superuser
Aug 21 11:52:18 peremende postfix[3088]: error: to submit mail, use the Postfix sendmail command
Aug 21 11:52:18 peremende postfix[3088]: fatal: the postfix command is reserved for the superuser

Thanks in advance.

I don't think those errors relate to your problem. From those logs, someone is trying to run the postfix command as a non root user.

How do you have your Thunderbird or Kmail configured? Are you using POP or IMAP?
