Postfix stopped working after update

Hi all

I have a postfix mailserver running on centos-5. I am using Postfix, Dovecot, Mysql(virtual users), ClamAV(without Amavis), and Spamassassin.

I had postfix version 2.3.3-2.3.el5_2, and it was working very fine but one of my colleague in office updated the postfix version to 2.3.3-2.3.el5_6, while it was running.

After that updates it stopped working. Means the postfix service is running, and I can telnet my server locally and externally with port number 25, 110, 143, 993 very easily. And all the both main.cf and master.cf files remained unchanged after update(i think so).

Now the problem is I can login to any email account using squirrelmail, but while sending mail it shows error "Message not sent. Server replied:". Even I have 19 mails stuck in queue. No any kind of email is hitting on server.

Please guide me, what to do and how to do.
Need help.

Thanks and Regards
Manish Dhiman

Put back the backups from these files to be sure.
Did you restart postfix?

Kind regards

Even sometimes while sending mail through squirrelmail, it gives error that
"Message not sent. Server replied:

Connection refused
111 Can't open SMTP stream."

The mails which are stuck in a queue are giving an error that " Client host rejected: cannot find your reverse hostname, [xx.xxx.xxx.xxx] (in reply to RCPT TO command))"
