Postfix Mail Queue set to manual

Currently I have a postfix mail server configured to deliver email automatically and I know I can place a hold on mail in a queue using the command
postsuper -h ALL

Which will place on hold on any email currently in the queue not anything landing in the queue after that command is run, but I would like to setup the queue to collect the email and allow me to manually send out the mail from the command line when I like .. is this possible?
