Postfix logs in details

Dear All,
I am using postfix for relaying emails to our SMTP gateway ,sometimes it is observed that mails sent by some xyz users doesn't get relayed to SMTP Gateway.Hence I would like to have open source tool where I can see the details like sender of the mail, recipient of the mail, mail sent or rejected, size of the message in following format (so that the sender, receiver can be tracked from single line)

Sender Receiver Status Size

I have searched on the net but couldn't find any free tool or script which provides the detail in above fashion.

Also the amount of logs I am getting in /var/log/maillog is approximate 2000 lines per minute, hence want to track the emails in real time manner.
Hence request you to please suggest any suitable tool for the above mentioned requirement.
