postfix is simply refusing to run
 
When i try to restart my postfix mail server on my Linux CentOS Dedicated Server i get the following:

Check if there is sendmail that is running and listening on port 25

So from the ps output sendmail is not running. Do the same

So neither postfix is running!!!
Try again the netstat command omitting the "l" option:

Note that you should run it as root
