Postfix Gmail and relaying

i have configured POSTFIX and GMAIL, and postfix is relaying all emails to smtp.gmail.com. its working, but the problem is when the outside domain is getting my authenticated user email address, instead of user's email.

e.g

Auth User = auth@mycompany.com

Sent Email id= emp@mycompany.com
To Email id = xyz@hotmail.com

when user xyz@hotmail.com receive from auth@mycompany.com instead of emp@mycompany.com.

i am using google app, and my emails and MX points to google app. i am not using "generic" .

thanks.
