postfix - changing display part of header

how can I replace the display part of the header From: ? I want "root" to be replaced by "administrator"

I tried this, but it does not work. I think, there is a problem in header_checks file. I am using postfix 2.3.8-2.

local_header_rewrite_clients = static:all
sender_canonical_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/sender_canonical
header_checks = regexp:/etc/postfix/header_checks

/From: *root*/ REPLACE From:administrator

root administrator

Thanks for your help.
